Plasterboard and Works

Metal Frames & Plasterboard, Dry-lining & Tacking Works to include:

• Installation of Metal Stud Partitions & Metal Furring Ceiling Grids
• Tacking to Timber & Metal sub-straits with all suitable Plasterboard specifications from Std Board to Insulated Composite Board
• Dry-lining [Dot & Dab] sticking all suitable Plasterboard onto a masonry sub-strait using Std, Moisture Resistant, Acoustic, Fire Retardant, & Insulated Composite Board inclusive of additional mechanical fixings as required
• Installation of Suspended Ceilings with drop in Ceiling Tiles
• Installation of Resilient Bars to walls & ceilings where required followed by Plasterboard Tack
• Associated works to include installation of Insulation within Metal Stud Partitions as specified
• Installation of Insulation above M F Ceilings as specified
• Tape & Joint finish in preference to Plaster skim finish onto Plasterboard
